I see that the Pru has issued an RNS about the amount of the dividend for tax purposes and consequentially the cost per share of your Jackson shares

The value of each Jackson share for UK tax purposes is £ 19.5458 on 13 September (the date of the demerger dividend)
So if you had 1,000 Prudential shares you would have received 25 Jackson shares (1 for 40). That is treated as a UK dividend of £448.645 (25 x £19.5458).
You are then deemed to have invested that 'cash' dividend in 25 Jackson shares at a 'cost' of £448.645
In a taxable account that is the impact on your UK dividends in 21/22 and if you sell your Jackson shares that is your base cost.
In my account Hargreaves Lansdown have the wrong figures as they set it up before 13 September.
