Matthey (JMAT) Interims

#7466

Postby moorfield » November 21st, 2016, 5:04 pm

A result probably overlooked by many here last week (yield only 2.2%). Since I purchased Matthey (JMAT) in 2009 it has paid dividends of 37.1, 39, 46, 55, 57, 62.5 and 68p plus a couple of specials. It is currently the most cash generative of my 20 holdings based on my simple comparison of Operating Cash / (Non-Current Liabilities + Equity) from financial statements.

Interim dividend up 5% to 20.5 pence, reflecting confidence in group’s medium term prospects

Thanks for highlighting this - had slipped past my radar!
