These are out today and they look great.
Final dividend up 4.4% to 4.7p
Every financial metric in the company is improving.
Cover is x1.9
And the share price tanked 2.5% from a very low base. Go figure. I even listened to the results
presentation and still could not understand why.
Yield now around 5.5%.
So I topped up and was happy.

I bought a first batch of it yesterday at median level, hoping for a positve report today. Got the report but similarly mystified by the SP drop even if it was only small.
Wishing I'd topped up Chesnara instead (8.4% rise) but still expecting a good end result from these figures.

Haven't you noticed that share which report good results invariably fall on the announcement?
Especially if teh dividend is increased.
