Note also, on the Webinar on the 19th, presentation will be part done by one of the eSeis men, these guys are the seismic experts with proven track records of major discoveries.........and they wanted a 2.7m US$ fee paid for in equity in the past, not cash. They wanted shares.........they see (literally) the potential for a massive discovery.

Investor Presentation / Webinar details

The Company confirms that management will be hosting an Investor Webinar on Monday 19th October, 2020, which will be open to all shareholders and interested parties. Those wishing to participate will be able to access the Webinar shortly before 7.00pm British Summer Time via the link below:

Talitha Unit approval is done. This was key to moving things forward, and now its here. Official RNS should follow at some point today I would guess.

The news is now official with an RNS about the Talitha Unit aware.

Just to reiterate...this was a key event in getting a decent farm out deal - all the ducks are now in a row - if a farm out is coming, it will happen in the next few weeks....

Jay Cheatham, CEO, commented:"......The award of the two units provides long term tenure over key leases and significantly enhances our ability to attract partners into all of our projects."

From the Canaccord note : -

..........Positive step for the company as the Alaska Department of Natural Resources (DNR) awards a second production unit, following earlier grant of Great Alkaid unit. The approval by DNR is validation of the potential - up-dip of the Pipeline State-1 well discovery and defined by extensive 3D seismic data - through the DNR's own technical evaluation, and confirms all regulatory requirements continue to be met. The Talitha project has estimated 1+ billion barrel gross recoverable potential, and Pantheon owns 89% of the Talitha unit (and 100% of the Great Alkaid unit).

Our target price is based on a risked assessment of only the independently determined resources in Greater Alkaid and Talitha. That represents only a subset (about 1/3) of the potential resources in Talitha. Our TP is unchanged at 76p/sh, unrisked 172p/sh, with full Alkaid and Talitha project derisked value of 465p/sh.

We maintain that there is skewed upside potential in this very large play that is well positioned very close to road access and available export pipeline capacity that would allow rapid conversion to cashflow.

Good news imo.........a farm out would have lost more.......here we have a 10% dilution..........a farm out would have lost perhaps 50% or more........get this done and then we are on to a massive drill in Q1 2021 with Talitha.
