Interview with PG is here

https://www.thesundayroast.net/podcast/ ... -bsfa-chll

Paul from 7 minutes 30 seconds.

Excellent seal.... Rig is costing nothing to sit there no cost......so no issues with that.

Primary target is under this excellent seal, nothing has changed.

MOU-1 to be tested whilst the solution for MOU-2 drilling fluid is found.

4 to 6 weeks before MOU-2 reentry - but getting on with MOU-1 testing during this delay to MOU-2.

News today.

https://www.investegate.co.uk/predator- ... 00032907T/

I am sure if MOU-3 comes in good...........then its highly likely MOU-1 and MOU-2 might be ignored thereafter.

So its really all down to knowing what will happen at MOU-2.

Most likely the rig will go to MOU-3 and drill that, with the aim to come back to MOU-2 after completing MOU-3.

If MOU-3 strikes gas, potential 1.3 TCF net resources........nobody will care about 1 or 2........

1 testing and 2 completion now offer "fallback" positions imo........they are going for the biggie in MOU-3 first I think,

With regards to Morocco firstly, seems he is talking about proving up the MOU-1 small discovery, say 40BCF and selling that for 200m.

Also, the MOU-3 drill will hit the potential 650 BCF other target area and if so they might drill 1 more well to further prove up more or if not........he intends to sell off the 40 BCF (example figure) with a royalty for any other gas proven uip with further drilling by whoever buys it.......

The proven gas horizon in MOU-1, if confirmed in MOU-3 - would be the proven 40 BCF - proven by two wells. Of course, thats one target horizon, there are multiple target horizons in MOU-3 so plenty of upside.

So seems to me he is now looking for a quick sale from Morocco - MOU-3 will be the last well (or last but one) to be drilled by PRD there - then test 1 and 3 and then sell it all off for however much with upside based on future gas discovered and proven.

Or, if MOU-3 hits the gas in the other big target horizon, then they might drill one more well to prove that up as well - to get us up to mayve nearly 650 BCF nigh on proven before sale.

Sounds confident a deal will be done to monetise Morocco soon.

So ahead is :

MOU-3 proves up 40 BCF (same horizon as MOU-1)

If MOU-3 hits the big gas pay in the other horizon - they might drill another well to prove it and thens sell.........if MOU-3 does not hit gas in the other horizon - then no more drilling and sell the proven 40 BCF with upside arrangement.

Predator Oil & Gas Holdings Plc / Index: LSE / Epic: PRD / Sector: Oil & Gas

Predator Oil & Gas Holdings Plc

("Predator" or the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries the "Group")

Interim drilling update MOU-3

Highlights

· Significant shallow overpressured gas encountered

· 95/8" casing safely set at 778.5 metres TVD MD

· De-risks gas migration to six potential deeper targets

· Drilling ahead on schedule and within budget

Predator Oil & Gas Holdings Plc (LSE: PRD), the Jersey based Oil and Gas Company with near-term gas operations focussed on Morocco, is pleased to announce an interim drilling update for the MOU-3 well appraising the Moulouya Fan primary reservoir target for which contingent gas resources have been previously announced.

Operations update

Prior to setting 95/8" casing an inflow of gas into the well was experienced. A substantial drilling break from 339 to 350 metres TVD KB was identified as the source of the gas. This correlated with an 11 metre-thick, unconsolidated, good quality sand with elevated background gas readings.

Mud weight was gradually increased to 1.25 S.G., above that required to balance hydrostatic pressure. to reduce the inflow of gas into the well. This gas zone is therefore significantly overpressured (122 psi overpressured) and likely to be supported by connectivity to gas volume to provide pressure support.

A second thin sand with a 2.42% formation gas show was encountered at 750 metres TVD MD.

The Company's experienced management team safely set 95/8" casing at 764 metres TVD MD to protect the two new gas horizons, including the overpressured interval, that were not anticipated pre-drill based on offset wells MOU-1 and MOU-2. This was a difficult and challenging exercise for the drilling team but was achieved safely and without incident.

Drilling costs

Despite the challenges posed by unexpected overpressured shallow gas the pre-drill time-depth curve remains as planned and costs to date are within pre-drill working capital forecast estimates.

Technical update

The unexpected overpressured shallow gas occurs within a structural closure of up to 6 km²

mapped for the next drilling targets the Ma and TGB-6 horizons below the 95/8" casing depth of 778.5 metres TVD MD. The 11 metre-thick overpressured gas interval is thicker than the sand thickness used for these intervals to estimate gas-in-place in a success case. 19 metres of net sand is the P50 thickness used to estimate gas-in-place for the Moulouya Fan primary objective in a success case.

The presence of overpressured gas trapped at shallow depths in a common structural closure above the next Ma and TGB-6 targets has de-risked vertical thermogenic gas charge from deeply buried source rocks generating dry gas.

Migration pathways can now be identified on seismic based on the early MOU-3 drilling results.

Six targets, including the Moulouya Fan primary objective, below the 95/8" casing depth at 778.5 metres TVD MD are potentially in contact with the gas migration pathway to the shallow overpressured gas.

The potential gas migration pathway into the primary target in the MOU-4 structure could be proportionately de-risked.

Forward drilling plans

The Company is drilling ahead cautiously in 81/2" hole to evaluate six targets, in addition to the newly identified two shallow zones.

A further drilling update will be given after the completion of logging operations within the timeframe guidance previously announced.

Testing programme

The positive initial shallow results to date from MOU-3 will need to be evaluated in the context of the sequence for rigless well testing and the intervals to be prioritised for potential gas flow in a success case. This exercise will only be completed once the MOU-3 well has been logged and the logs analysed to determine zones with the best gas deliverability characteristics. The priority will be to focus on potential for high deliverability gas rates if supported by wireline logging results.

Paul Griffiths, Executive Chairman of Predator Oil & Gas Holdings Plc commented:

"Unforeseen overpressured gas at shallow depths is always a potential hazard in a new poorly explored sedimentary basin. I would like to thank our experienced drilling management team, Lonny Baumgardner and Moyra Scott, for overcoming successfully; using their extensive drilling experience, what could have developed into a very serious operational challenge.

The presence of shallow overpressured gas with an effective sealing caprock has added to the identification of two new potential gas reservoirs that were not known about pre-drill.

Of even greater significance is that the overpressured gas has validated shallow trap integrity and identified a clear path for the migration of deep gas into the next six targets to be evaluated by MOU-3.

We are very encouraged by what we have found to date, which we believe at this early stage is material in the context of our CNG development plans but remain cautious as we drill ahead through a section that may or may not contain more overpressured gas.

However this is already an exciting beginning for our shareholders to our planned drilling and testing programme."

So they have 11m of gas pay in the shallow before even getting into the 6 pre-drill targets.

And the main fan target had a pre-drill estimate of 19m thickness. So 11m in the bag before even getting into any target.............. nice.

6km area.........11m thick..........thats a very big gas discovery already.

Now is, imo, day 19 of a pre-drill estimated 20 day drill including logging of 6 potential gas discoveries (now of course 2 extra found and 6 more potential).

15 days dry hole basis, 20 days with discoveries to log.

Fingers crossed its a bumper Monday 26th June morning RNS with good good news.

From Keith on LSE

"MOU-3 site I know no one is much interested, but after no change for three weeks, a lot of stuff has been moved around on the MOU-3 drill pad between Thursday & Saturday"
" I guess if you had just pulled up 1500m of drill pipe you would need to stack it somewhere out of the way of the CTU you had just brought on site... "
So looks like @PredatorOilGas have reached TD and logging started.

News early this coming week, Monday or Tuesday ?

As has been said many times, PG is no spring chicken anymore and is looking to exit Morocco with a sale this year.

If we take his lowball figure of 150m USD per 40 BCF

MOU-3 is looking to hit anything up to 1TCF of gas.

So from failure worth 0p, we can move up to (1000/40 = 25 then times 150m = 3.75 billion USD)

Divide 3.75 billion USD into lets say shares in issue of 500 million (its actually less than that, but lets assume 500m)

= 7.5 USD = 590 pence per share and lets halve that just to apply a significant discount.......so 245p per share is a target that is reasonable.

MOU-3 wont prove it all up at once, you need further appraisal drilling, but it really highlights why PRD are a "once in a short lifetime" chance at seeing a real multibagger happen, like GKP was from 10p to 450p.......so PRD might be as well.

All we need is for gas in some of those 6 target zones at MOU-3 (on top of the 2 new shallow gas zones already discovered).

For those who say "impossible".......please remember GKP which went 10p to 450p, or COVE which went 10p to 240p on their offshore discovery.

Fingers crossed we get good news this comnig week, that is the start of what could be a very big move upwards........

New is out and news is good.

https://www.londonstockexchange.com/new ... g/16015188

Paul Griffiths, Executive Chairman of Predator Oil & Gas Holdings Plc commented:

"The MOU-3 well has validated our pre-drill upside forecast for sand development in respect of the main Moulouya Fan target. A gross interval of 43 metres will be evaluated by a rigless well test.

It has increased our inventory of potential gas reservoirs for a CNG development with the discovery of very shallow over-pressured gas.

It has demonstrated the possible continuity, subject to rigless testing results and a future infill well, of gas sands penetrated in MOU-1 with similar sands encountered in MOU-3. In particular the Ma Sand potential has been enhanced over a wider area with the possibility of a larger gas trap being effectively sealed covering up to 58km². The shallow gas potential of MOU-3 has exceeded all pre-drill expectations.

The focus will now be on drilling and completing MOU-4 where we do not expect shallow gas to be present. Targets are the Moulouya Fan and the so far unknown potential of the Jurassic carbonates within a very large structural closure.

Once the MOU-4 drilling is complete, results from all the wells drilled in 2023 will be quickly assessed and compared and a comprehensive and expanded rigless testing programme will then commence during July."
