He is looking at 35 cents annualised cashflow end of 2021 and a 1.5 CAD target based on Coho/Cascadura-1.

Obviously any success at Chinook-1 or Cascadura Deep will raise that annualised cashflow and price target. Same goes for Royston when thats drilled in H1 2021.

All the upsides to that 1.5 CAD target are there, he is telling you now this is worth 1.5 CAD based on what they have already discovered (Just Coho-1 and Cascadura-1), thats why there is confidence in buying TXP now, its still about 35% discount to what it should be trading at based on whats been discovered so far (with Chinook-1, Cascadura Deep and Royston-1 all currently not in the price).

60p mid price close there in Canada.

Was expecting this week to be a buying week, as everyone knows from mid-July (so potentially next week) there will be the reserves news.

Expectations on Casca for that reserves report, have to be looking at around 200 to 250 BCF for now - with lots of upside scope as its currently "unbounded" so will only get bigger and bigger with more drilling and more geo work.

Wow.

I was expecting for now around 200 BCF best estimate. They have double that and as always with big fields.......they get bigger with more drilling, so that high estimate could end up at a TCF with more appraisal work in future.

Confirms Chinook to spud soon. All going well. Reminds everyone that Q2 results will not look good due to the terrible oil pricing in Q1. Confirms company in great shape financially with the recent placing and also the debt facility. Coho-1 production on schedule for October.

.......Commenting on the find, former Energy Minister Kevin Ramnarine said Touchstone's Cascadura discovery makes it the largest discovery on land since the 2002 Carapal Ridge discovery (in South Trinidad) and with further drilling in Cascadura, it is likely that more natural gas will be discovered.

"In my opinion what is happening in Ortoire is historic but it can only have happened if the Ministry of Energy awarded acreage. The Ortoire block was awarded to Touchstone in October 2014. The fact that the Ministry of Energy has not awarded acreage for the last five years is therefore disappointing.

"Touchstone needs to be congratulated for taking these risks to discover these new reserves. It confirms an eastward extension of the Herrera sands in Penal/Barrackpore. I think there will be more natural gas discoveries in this area, which is close to Poole Poole Valley and Rio Claro."...........
