Got an email today (2nd Aug) telling me that "Scottish Widows CS online service" is being withdrawn on 13th of August.
The bonus is that there's a new "app"

So from 13th of August, the only information available online is:
- Net contribution, tax relief given on a by month basis for the current tax year
- Net contributions for whole tax years for previous tax years
- Total fund value

You don't get to see:
Policy value including number of units held in each fund
Unit history, - specifically how many units a regular contribution bought
Unit history, - number of units bought with AMC rebate (this happens once a month for me)
What the current AMC is
Any kind of ability to service the account (change direct debit)
Change contact details (phone/email etc)
Change address (probably a good thing tbh)

Can't understand for the life of me why they gave less than a fortnight's notice?
From transparent to opaque in 8 working days.

But the good news - this wafer-thin sliver of pension information is now available in a mobile app. Whoopee!
