Does it make any difference for stamp duty if a £280,000 house is sold now or later? Is there still a cut-off date or it is all now back to normal?
I can't keep up with all the changes in deadlines!

Re: Stamp duty holiday - deadline
Sadly you've missed it
30 June limit 500,000
30 Sept limit 250,000
Though if you can genuinely knock £30K off fixtures and fittings, a bit of a stretch
you might get under it
but I knocked off 5% in value buying my house
