No asylum claim? No problem!

Solicitors have known for years that this has been happening, but nobody dares speak out for fear of the `racist' tag.

So reluctant as I am to praise the DM they have for once provided a valuable service, and I just hope that these lying b*stards get struck off – though knowing the SRA's approach to such matters they’ll just get a slap on the wrists.

It follows that any of their clients who managed to get asylum through the efforts of a bent solicitor should have that grant revoked and be deported - but somehow I can't see that ever happening.

nothing will happen until an enquiry is launched and arrives at its 'recommendations'
which will then be 'considered' or 'reviewed'

best not hold your breath....unless hoping to be on the enquiry board milk train
