Optimistic Claim of the Year

"In written submissions to the High Court, Aslanyan, who is representing himself ..."

Hmm, I wonder why that might be ... ;)

Although it's hard to believe anyone could be this stupid it would have cost him £10k in court fees just to issue the claim.

If I were advising Fremantle I'd offer him a refund of his travel expenses in full and final settlement and without any admission of liability, just for the enjoyment of receiving his reaction ...

His compensation claim also takes in 'basic damages for moral pain and suffering, hurt feelings and loss of confidence'.

I'd probably have a case too but only if they let me in. :D
