Very good question - you'd probably want to ask one of the mods - certainly 100's if not into the 1000's.

I wonder if a guesstimate could be made by looking at recent rec counts?

Since the closure announcement, the best of boards have maxed at around 150. Prior to that, it was quite rare to see posts at the top of the board for a few tens of recs.

The question is, what proportion of posters rec posts?

I suspect since the closure more are doing, to highlight posts. Say half do, that suggests around 300.

Seems to me it answers itself. Lemonfools - afaik - hasn't been advertised or recommended anywhere other than TMF, so all the people who have joined will have learned of it via TMF. As TMF haven't emailed their members yet, then it seems likely that 100% can be assumed to be active on TMF.
