From the angst of this morning waking up to "The News", I am just a little bit chirpy to see that we have over 200 users already here at Chez Lemon.

Can we put out heads together now on how to keep access to the historical boards?

I facetiously mentioned screen scraping back on TMF but a) for the purposes I had intended, it would probably be illegal, and b) TMF likely have the IT weaponry to stop such a thing anyhow.

I'd gladly pay for a DVD through the post. Honestly, 20 years of text input can't amount to much more than that, can it?

sigs are off currently - Didnt think TMF had them, but its an option if people are interested..

One of the great benefits of TMF was the the cleanliness of the forums - no smiley faces, and huge sigs. If signatures are desirable, then I'd vote for just a couple of lines of plain text. No idea what the options are. I'm so pleased there seems to be some life in here already. I felt a wave of relief at the first breadmaker post.
