The Lemon Fool

Quite some time ago, IAAG I think it was very kindly pointed me in the right direction for inserting a table, for instance of a Portfolio, into a post. I am sure that I put a reference to it somewhere but now cannot find it. Could someone direct me to where I can get this info please? Sorry to be a pain.
At the time I think I was comparing Caledoniu with some other ITs but that probably does not matter now
