Second, Chicken Piccata. Chicken breast, capers, white wine, lemon juice, lemon slices, butter, parsley, pan fried, another quick pan sauce.
Sidedish: Gratin Dauphinoise, with a bit of garlic and nutmeg.
Drinks: beer.

Forgot, some sliced mushrooms fried with the chicken. It'll be interesting to see my neighbour's reaction when he realises I've been nicking some herbs from his greenhouse, mostly parsley...
...in exchange for watering his tomatoes.
