We were clicking through the tv channels last night and came across this chef.
He presented a range of fancy dishes that were certainly very visually exciting but seemed hard work to prepare. Not for amateurs.
Oddly he said that "taste was everything" although I thought you "ate with your eyes".
I see that he has a restaraunt named The Hide near Green Park but I don,t know when the programme was made.
I wonder if any readers have been there?

Then I won't be patronising his establishment even though he has one Michelin Star: texture is almost as important.
