Can someone recommend me an elderberry tincture recipe from UK website please. I have searched a lot here and online and all I seem to find is lots of American websites and personal websites of posh looking American ladies. I have no problem with them looking posh or American! But I wish to read from a reliable UK website and from someone with knowledge, wisdom, culture of local herbs and medicines etc. Especially because Elderberry is toxic and also all these American websites talk about 80% proof for the alcohol which I have searched and found is double of ABV but I would still like a UK version please.

My first port of call with anything this specialised would be to have a good read of some Reddit threads related to it, and go from there initially.
