On a pan fry some chopped onions, mushrooms, green beans, chopped carrot. Add pieces of chicken breast. Salt pepper. Curry powder. Chicken stock. Double cream. Cook on low heat letting the cream and stock to reduce.
A crazy diversion. Put in an oven dish with some sliced bananas, mango and blue cheese on top until slightly golden.
