Halifax CC Money Transfer offers

Has anyone had trouble accepting a Halifax money transfer offer?
The problem I am having is that I apply for one of the offers on my card, enter the bank account details and transfer amount, but when I click the Continue button nothing happens. (To be precise the browser jumps to the top of the current window, but it does not proceed to the confirmation page). I have the same problem whichever browser I try, whether on mobile or desktop platforms or in Halifax's mobile app. All of them seem to share the same web code and fail at exactly the same point in the same manner. Balance transfers do not have this issue and proceed fine.
Has anyone experienced the same? Is it possibly because I am located outside the UK -- but then surely the balance transfers would do the same thing. It appears to be a bug because there is not error or feedback message, the button just fails to have any effect.
