Triple Point have announced plans to follow the path of Ventus, considering the timing to be ideal to sell its green assets then wind up and distribute the proceeds.

Working out where to re-invest the proceeds from both is going to be a (nice) problem.

Initially I was a little surprised that there was no prediction of the premium over NAV that they expect would be paid for the assets (unlike the Ventus RNS announcement), but maybe that is a negotiation tactic to not set a perceived limit on price. So the RNS really just says "trust us". Given past performance of the hydro shares I do.
