Confusing letter from Link registrars today. I think what has happened is that on the original dividend confirmation and tax certificate the "Total shares now held" is inaccurate" and they have issued a new side 2 of dividend confirmation and tax certificate which is now correct. Note that this does not list the share holders name.
Contrary to para three of their letter they have not and did not need to issue " share certificates for the balance of new shares due to you" as the original share certificate was accurate.
I hope I have got this right and have not added further to the confusion!!
