TP ICAP entry for HYPTUS

Hi Guys, my TCAP shares have turned up. Have added entry in the Data Sheet, seems to work for all the "buttons".

Note that the CSI is not 12013, it is 204456, though it hardly matters since we no longer use the Digital Look CSI code in the HYPTUSS.

I've updated the tab-delimited file digital_look_data_sheet.txt at http://lemonfoolfinancialsoftware.weebl ... op-up.html for those who might want to import it to their HYPTUSS. It will be included in future releases of the HYPTUSS

Yes I read a while back that this field is no longer used and can be blank, but I copied previous, so it just added 1 to the CSI from the one I copied.
