Vistry? What kind of a name is that?
It sounds like one of those transient breezes that drift lightly across the landscape in summer. Here today, gone tomorrow.
Or maybe it's something you'd be likely to find in Prince Charles's local church?

As a result GFRD has jumped to the top of my top up list.
HYPTUSS is showing a yield of 40%......

I would not expect GFRD to actually have a forecast yield. They need to make a profit out of construction first. They have plenty of cash, but do need to make construction work commercially.
I know that ADVFN, for example, have still got the market capitalisation of GFRD wrong. For some reason they think there are 217m shares in issue. Other sources say 111 m.
Sharecast have the market cap right (160m), but they are relying on the previously forecast dividend yield. Stockopedia also have the same stupidly high dividend forecast (that was issued before the capital change). I cannot see this actually happening it would be really foolish of the management to spend their cash pile on an unsustainable dividend.
What I expect is that at some stage reasonable forecasts will be issued.

Just to clarify, for those who are not aware, it's not a HYPTUSS issue. Sharecast (used by HYPTUSS), and other web sites, are showing a yield of 40% based on the dividend over the past year, and the current share price. The recent (massive!) drop in share price due to restructuring causes the report of a high yield.
A good illustration of the need to not take the raw data at face value.
