Problems with ADVFN lookup?

#22567

Postby spiderbill » January 12th, 2017, 5:10 pm

Anyone else having problems getting the Dividend tab to update in the HYPTUS sheet?
Tried it last night and again this afternoon but it just sits at "processing AV" (my first share in the list) and doesn't return anything. Set to use ADVFN as I'm seemingly permanently blocked from the other one.

(Latest version of the Libre Office sheet, Windows 10)

You're just a fraction too early reporting this, we noticed it a few days ago. It looks like ADVFN have made a change recently and blocked access when using the LibreOffice version. I've put in a fix and we're currently testing. Shouldn't take long

Wow, any faster replying and you'd be psychic!
Good to know it's being worked on and let's hope we can find a solution (or an alternative as you were mentioning the other day)

Thanks again for all your hard work on this

cheers
