HYPTUSS - new sectors for Investment Trusts

Until now, the stock version of HYPTUSS has used the sector "Equity Investment Instruments" for Investment Trusts.

Itsallaguess had the excellent idea of refining this, using sectors from the AIC website https://www.theaic.co.uk/aic/find-compa ... -companies. An updated version of the Company Data Sheet is available at: http://lemonfoolfinancialsoftware.weebl ... op-up.html
"Equity Investment Instruments" is now only used for ETFs.

You can use this new company_data_sheet.txt to replace the Company Data Sheet in your HYPTUSS. If your HYPTUSS has some personally-defined sectors, just paste the new data below your own..... HYPTUSS will use the first match it finds as it scans down the Company Data Sheet

Ah, thank you for that. It has helped me find the missing IT's: HDIV, IPE, CMHY, NCYF, etc, which had seemingly disappeared from Citywire's High Yield UK and High Yield Global sectors. They are now under: " Debt - Loans & Bonds".

Thanks kiloran, and just to show off this new improvement a little, here's a sample HYP that I've just created using the latest Excel version of the HYPTUSS tool and this latest Company Data Sheet information, and which hopefully shows the improved granularity of the 'Sector Weighting' process, where the owner of a portfolio which contains a relatively large proportion of income-related Investment Trusts can now see a much more useful output from it in relation to the particular sectors those Investment Trusts are aligned with -
