Using price_charts on phone

I've been trying to download and use price_charts v3 on a samsung s7 phone

1) chrome was unable to download it!

2) the samsung browser succeeded and it resides at

/storage/emulated/0/documents/PC.html

3) this url
file:///storage/emulated/0/documents/PC.html

is ignored by the damsung browser but chrome finds it

4) chrome displays the buttons along the top, but no graphs (there are 6 placeholdeer icons)

any suggestions how to get it to work?

Hmmm..... not just an Android phone problem, it now doesn't work on Windows 10 or Linux either.
There's clearly been a change in the source website. I'll have a look at it

I've updated Price Charts to v4.0 at: http://lemonfoolfinancialsoftware.weebl ... harts.html

This now uses LiveCharts as the source. The previous source no longer works. I am looking for an alternative but have so far failed to find anything suitable.
I checked the new version on my Android tablet and it works fine, though note that it is now a zipped file due to a quirk of the Weebly website.

Thanks for that. Was going to suggest bigcharts but you have to get the "sid" before you can show the graph.

I have written a bash script using bigcharts (doesnt work ln phone - no root access)
