A tool for formatting a URL

Breelander highlighted a problem when pasting some URLs into a Lemon Fool post. See: viewtopic.php?f=53&t=312

Another character that breaks URLs has been seen, the closing bracket ')'. Example here:
viewtopic.php?p=11459#p11471

Thanks Bree. I've updated the tool to replace ( with %28 and replace ) with %29
