Where was that camera, and who knew in advance precisely where to point it?

From the article -
Emergency services were called to the A1101 outside RAF Mildenhall in Suffolk at about 12:25 BST on Saturday and the road was closed until 20:15.
Looking at the footage, it looks like the road is on one of the outside edges of the barbed-wire perimeter of RAF Mildenhall, which is likely to have a number of fixed operational CCTV cameras covering such a public-facing area, I imagine.
In fact, having taken a quick look on Google Maps, I think I've found the CCTV camera it's taken from -

Isn't the notional £90 million - or indeed any monetary value - premised on him supplying it to paying users? The police might take an interest in that.

Shortly after moving to Australia my missus took me to visit a pal she used to work with... who had Scottish ancestry. And you've almost described her house!
It had deer heads and hides - tartan swags - shields with swords behind them. Full Braveheart twattery. The lass judged Highland dancing at the country shows... which meant jumping up and down with your hands above your head in 40deg heat wearing fancy serge dresses trying not to slip on the sweat of the last one - or pass out.
These folk were a bit like the Amish - they'd held on for dear life to whatever tosh their forefathers had brung.
They did however have cold Irn Bru so it wasn't all bad

Funnily enough I was looking at a house advert yesterday, this was the bedroom above the log burner in the living room.

I don't think I'd put up with that.

Nope. To me it appears the whole world is knackered - not enough for me to want to get off (yet), but bad news just seems to keep on coming, and more and more I'm counting personal small blessings in order to to stay sane.

Yesterday was the last day of the brown trout fishing season - so I felt obliged to tackle the loch. The boat was more like a submarine and it required a considerable effort to bail it out. The rain continued to pour down, and the wind whipped up the waves, and blew me to the east end of the loch, which required a strenuous effort to row back. And in spite of my sole dedication (I was the only fisher) only one trout came up, had a look at my fly, and disappeared. So I returned home - like the country - knackered.
But when spring returns, and brown trout can once again be tormented, I'm hopeful that I'll feel re-invigorated.
As for the state of the country - will it get re-invigorated? I have my doubts, but let's be optimistic.
