Buying some furniture - am I nuts?

While the world collapses around us we're doing a bit of long overdue decorating. Just musing over a couple of sideboards for the dining room, but I have a nagging feeling I'm mad to buy right now. Delivery would be Wednesday unless I pay £15 to get it Tuesday, which I think is probably prudent if I want it before Christmas.

Daytime job is a buyer - I think I'm just fed up of trying to find toilet roll, hand towels and soap all week to keep our sites open. I'm thinking it might not appear this week if we go lockdown, but presumably as long as I go for the credit card option that's fairly safe (I'm assuming the big 3 of them won't disappear in the meltdown).

Am I being irrational?
