At the moment you can still get to Best Of by going to the 'boards are closed' post

and hovering on the down arrow next to 'boards' (Best Of is the only one there). I don't know how much longer that will work for.

You can still get a list of the top recommended posts by a user

You can search for their username with the Author search box. For me this gets to http://my.fool.co.uk/profile/ahenry/activity.aspx

Then the link "Show ahenry’s 10 Latest Posts" is to http://boards.fool.co.uk/lastposts.asp? ... 0&uid=1110

If you add &limit=99&byrecs=y to the end of that URL then you get a list sorted by the number of recs eg

I am cheered up to see several familiar names on this board, I was feeling a bit isolated and sad. I am sure, once I get a new sofa , table, and cup pf coffee,I will become as at home here as I was on the sadly departed Lost.
