Henderson International (HINT) have declared their 4th interim dividend today -

Henderson International Income Trust plc has declared a fourth interim dividend of 1.92p per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 August 2023 payable on 30 November 2023 to shareholders registered on 10 November 2023.

The Company's shares will go ex-dividend on 9 November 2023.

Henderson's 4th interim dividend is always an interesting one for me, as in recent years it's usually set the stage for the next three dividends to be the same amount, as we can see from their dividend history page below -

Today's 4th interim dividend announcement of 1.92p is around 3.8% higher than the equivalent dividend from last year, and if we extrapolate the coming 1.92p dividend into four equal-weighted dividends in the coming 12 months, similar to recent payout patterns, then a potential total dividend of around 7.68p into a current HINT share-price of 152.66p, then that might indicate a forward yield of somewhere in the region of 5.03%, which is a useful yield from a global-facing income-IT with an interesting collection of top-holdings, and a good record of rising dividends -

HINT currently has a discount against NAV of around 15%.
