I see what you've done there LM.

The obvious alternative is what I would now call a PHY.

A portfolio of 15 ITs:

- When initially bought, have yields greater than the yield of the FTSE 100 index.
- When bought, be reasonably expected to sustain, and preferably grow their dividends in the future.
- Just don't dare include any ordinary shares from the FTSE350, you will be stamped on.
