Belvoir (BLV) buys White Kite Limited and Nicholas Humphreys Franchise Limited for £4m. Immediately earnings enhancing. [SP=200 Cap=70m]

Q-AI (IQAI) Imaging Biometrics subsidiary wins (part of?) $3m grant to accelerate the development and commercialisation of IB CAD which uses AI to improve MRI. [SP=7.53 Cap=13m]
Zoetic (ZOE) UK Food Standards Agency allows its CBD products to remain on slae pending toxicological studies on CBD, expected in the coming months.. [SP=82.2 Cap=162m]

Renalytix AI (RENX) Study shows that KidneyIntelX "may be widely adopted by primary care physicians". This somehow became 'highly likely' in the RNS title. [SP=930 Cap=897m]
Minds + Machine (MMX) to sell the majority of its assets for $120m adj for working capital. Implied value of approximately 10p/sh and 8.8p after costs and taxes. A review concluded "the business has strong recurring cash flows but expects limited opportunity for material organic growth beyond the Company's AdultBlock services without fundamental changes." GM to approve. [SP=4.5 Cap=40m]
Water Intelligence (WATR) has reacquired its Central Florida franchise for $0.66m (1x rev) "as it provides greater scale to corporate operations in eastern Florida, a geography with high demand for water infrastructure solutions". [SP=710 Cap=111m]

Versarien (VRS) £1.93m strategic investment at 45p (17% premium) by Graphene Lab, a South Korean based company specialising in chemical vapor deposition. Agreement to advance both Versarien's and Graphene Lab's proposed activities in South Korea. That Neill Ricketts is so persuasive. [SP=38.5 Cap=73m]
Wameja (WJA) Sunset Date for the Mastercard takeover extended to 24 May. No material change to the status of the Potential Indemnity Claims that are causing the holdup. [SP=5.8 Cap=110m]
Alpha Growth (ALGW) Black Oak Alpha Growth Fund AuM $25.5m. Co confident of strong growth prospects. [SP=3.53 Cap=15m]
Ramsdens (RFX) guides H1(Mar) 'resilient' with small loss but still cash positive. In line? [SP=172.5 Cap=54m]
