Ten Lifestyle (TENG) client contract increased to Medium contract, with the potential to develop into Large. Also launch of new concierge programmes with a Scandinavian bank and a Fintech card product under an existing Medium contract. No material impact on H2 though. [SP=109 Cap=89m]
Avacta (AVCT) confirms rumour of error (by partner Mologic) in CE mark submission for professional use of rapid covid test. Does not expect that the error will cause a delay to first commercial sales. However the test referenced in a social media post was an unrelated Mologic covid test. [SP=236 Cap=598m]
Sareum (SAR) £900k subscription at 2.8p, a 8% premium, to progress SDC-1801 TYK2/JAK1 inhibitor drug development and to keep the lights on. [SP=2.56 Cap=85m]

St Peter Port Capital (SPPC) auction of assets taking 2 months longer than guided. [SP=3.5 Cap=2m]
Tandem (TND) rev up 24% Jan-May. Costs rising but profitability "considerably ahead of the prior year augmented by our cost base not yet returning to pre-COVID levels." In line? [SP=656.9 Cap=34m]
Active Energy (AEG) production of CoalSwitch has commenced in US and delivery to a power station for testing will start this week. [SP=0.69 Cap=27m]
Quantum Blockchain Technologies (QBT) hires expert to optimise mining. Co "believes that there are tangible and disruptive optimisations that can be made at multiple levels within the end-to-end Bitcoin mining process". Well they can't be tangible for a start can they? And disruptive? Do they really think one consultant can get a jump on the whole world working feverishly on this? [SP=1.3 Cap=13m]

CyanConnode (CYAN) £3.15m placing at 9.5p, a 2% premium, to keep the lights on. [SP=9.45 Cap=18m]
Foxtons (FOXT) guides H1 adj op profit significantly ahead of both 2020 and 2019. In line? [SP=61.1 Cap=199m]
SThree (STEM) guides FY(Nov) pretax materially above market consensus of £39.7m. "High levels of demand in Life Sciences and Technology have been seen throughout the quarter and there have been continued strong performances from the US, German and Dutch businesses." [SP=424 Cap=566m]

NetScientific (NSCI) will take responsibility for completing the validation and global commercialisation of a covid serology ELISA assay. Tungsten (TUNG) CEO scarpers, new one appointed. He is thanked. [SP=38.5 Cap=49m]
CloudCoCo (CLCO) CFO scarpers 'for personal reasons'. He is thanked. [SP=1.48 Cap=7m]
Slingsby (SLNG) Jan-Apr rev up 6% cf 8% Jan-Mar. Margin still under pressure, likely to persist. "Whilst the Group's sales grew in 2020 due to demand for Coronavirus related products, the Group has not experienced the same level of orders in April and May 2021...also heightened potential for credit related issues should customers become insolvent.." Faron Pharmaceuticals (FARN) gets US patent for novel precision cancer immunotherapy drug candidate, bexmarilimab. Bexmarilimab is currently being investigated in the ongoing Phase I/II MATINS trial. [SP=367.16 Cap=184m]

Esken (ESKN) sale of Stobart Air and Carlisle Lake District Airport fails because purchaser hasn't raised funds. Stobart Air will be liquidated. Will try to sublease the 8 ATR planes. £18m hit in FY22, £22m in FY23 and £2m in FY24. Will focus on energy business and Southend Airport. Esken will look to exit from all other non-core infrastructure assets - net book value c. £39m. [SP=31 Cap=196m]
