Last 7 weeks "has seen a reduction in store footfall and conversion with consumers spending less on big ticket discretionary purchases. This appears to be driven by a change in behaviour with consumers shopping earlier for Christmas". Order book £131.9m, £71.5m up on 2 yrs. [SP=249 Cap=95m]
Checkit (CKT) £21m placing at 46p, a 4% discount, to accelerate its go-to-market strategy and strengthen its product offering. [SP=47 Cap=29m]
Novacyt (NCYT) genesig covid Real-Time PCR test has been approved in the UK. Co will now work to resume the sale of the product in the UK. [SP=332 Cap=279m]
Kitwave (KITW) guides FY(Oct) pretax significantly ahead of expectations (whose?). Co "has seen first signs of inflation in its cost base...but does not expect profitability to be adversely affected". What, at all? [SP=142 Cap=99m]
Science (SAG) trading in line or slightly ahead of October's upgraded guidance. Buys Magic Systech for $4m or $2.1m net. [SP=414.5 Cap=189m]
EQTEC (EQT) Collaboration agreement with Wood, a leading consulting and engineering company across energy and the built environment, to "pursue market opportunities for collaborative development and deployment of clean, waste-to-synthetic natural gas and waste-to-hydrogen solutions and delivery of related projects." [SP=1.33 Cap=113m]

Gore Street Energy Storage Fund (GSF) An Ireland asset in construction has secured a significant increase in its allocated grid connection capacity. Will lower the price per MW of construction costs. [SP=115.5 Cap=399m]
Marshall Motor (MMH) 400p trade offer, a 41% premium. 64.4% holder will accept. [SP=277.83 Cap=217m]
Webis (WEB) AR delayed due to covid delay to accounts of a third-party wagering hub provider. Co "confident that the verification is merely a matter of procedure only." Extension to deadline to Feb. [SP=4.75 Cap=19m]

Seeing heightened levels of interest in the current market following recent international and Government guidelines. [SP=0.76 Cap=16m]
One Media iP (OMIP) guides FY(Oct) rev up 10% (in line) but EBITDA up only 11% due to FX moves. [SP=6.88 Cap=15m]
BATM Advanced Communications (BVC) confirms its covid PCR tests diagnose Omicron strain. Claims some competing tests miss it. [SP=81.2 Cap=357m]

Venture Life (VLG) guides FY rev £32m+. Blames customers delaying orders, continued poor sales by Chinese partner. "Directors see many reasons to be optimistic." [SP=43 Cap=54m]
Springfield Properties (SPR) buys Tulloch Homes for £56.4m. £22m placing at 140p, a 4% discount. [SP=145 Cap=149m]
Mobile Tornado (MBT) its Canadian client will not be renewing its contract. End Dec. Talks about extending or amending the contract. £500k PA at stake. [SP=2.3 Cap=9m]

Eden Research (EDEN) France approves biofungicide Mevalone for use on apples and pears etc to prevent post-harvest storage diseases. It's first full authorisation for a major new use and the first use of Mevalone on pome fruit after an emergency authorisation was granted in 2019. [SP=7.5 Cap=29m]
Belvoir (BLV) guides FY21 pretax ahead of management's expectations and substantially ahead of 2020. [SP=236 Cap=88m]
