Smallcap Sweep. 03-Dec-21
Trepanning tendentious tracts of tripe

Highbridge Tactical Credit Master Fund (HTCF) directors have volunteered to increase their fee waiver to 50% to cut wind-down costs. Well, knock me down with a Range Rover. [SP=240 Cap=3m]
Augmentum Fintech (AUGM) takeover of ii by abrdn gives NAV lift of 2.7p after performance fee. [SP=161 Cap=291m]
Cellular Goods (CBX) FY(Aug) rev 0, pretax -£3.3m (-£0.33m) mainly due to business set-up costs and non-cash charge primarily for share-based incentives. Commentary is hyped-up PR guff. "Comprehensive omni-channel marketing campaign" cunningly delayed to Feb to avoid the hyper competitive' pre-Christmas rush. Omni-channel is BS anyway. Are they using post, radio, small-ads, cards in post-offices, guys standing in the road at traffic lights tapping on my window? Cannabinoid use is a "consumer mega-trend" BTW. [SP=8.14 Cap=41m]

In line: MIND
Notes SP & cap are 20m delayed
DYOR, E&OE etc etc. I may have a position in any or all of the shares covered.
