Blames "short term logistics and resource issues, which have since resolved, and timing on the delivery of key contracts, temporary destocking issues and a change to our glove strategy". Nevertheless guides FY in line due to recent contract and order wins, and improving legislative environment. [SP=18.3 Cap=34m]
Deepverge (DVRG) subs Modern Water gets £2.1m orders for chemical wastewater and water desalination. [SP=15.25 Cap=34m]
Galliford Try (GFRD) wns £56m of contracts. [SP=170.2 Cap=189m]
e-therapeutics (ETX) files eight further US patent applications to protect innovation arising from e-therapeutics' proprietary GalNAc-siRNA technology. [SP=21.25 Cap=109m]
Seraphine (BUMP) FY(Apr) in line but adj EBITDA (pre IFRS 16) only £2.6m down 59% (vs £3m+ guided) due to "final audit adjustments". Ad pretax down 65%. Outlook: "0-15% product revenue growth, expect to remain profitable with margin improving throughout the range" and "significant inflation in marketing costs - having to spend 33% more to maintain prior year product revenue levels". Has enough cash or the year. [SP=26 Cap=14m]
Dialight (DIA) H1(June) rev up 34%. "Our full year expectations for delivery of meaningful progress in our turnaround remain unchanged." Well that covers a lot of outcomes. [SP=274.32 Cap=90m]
SDI (SDI) £4.2m acquisition, expected to be enhancing in the current year. [SP=166.5 Cap=170m]

Revolution Beauty (REVB) FY(Feb) delayed to end Aug, co "not aware of any material issues that have been raised by the auditors during the audit". Belluscura (BELL) supply agreement for portable oxygen concentrators with VGM Group. "VGM is the largest and most comprehensive Member Service Organization in the US for post-acute healthcare." [SP=90 Cap=110m]
SourceBio (SBI) trading in line. Also HMRC verbally informed co's tax advisors that it did not intend to pursue its claim for VAT to be chargeable on COVID-19 PCR services. [SP=120 Cap=89m]
Ricardo (RCDO) sells Software boz for $17.5m plus $3m earn out. [SP=414 Cap=258m]
Quantum Blockchain Technologies (QBT) €1.7m claim in England by the former shareholders and directors of Sosushi dropped. Co's €1.03m claim against Sosushi’s previous management in Italy going through arbitration. €7.8m claimagainst Sipiem’s previous board and internal audit committee remains ongoing. [SP=1.84 Cap=17m]

ScS (SCS) guides FY(July) profit ahead of market expectations. Stark contrast to made.com . Rev up 4% but down 4% on pre-covid. [SP=149.32 Cap=54m]
Mears (MER) H1(June) rev up 9%, adj EPS up 59%. Guides FY rev materially ahead of market consensus, being over £910m, with adj pretax at least £32m. [SP=199 Cap=221m]
H C Slingsby (SLNG) H1(June) rev up 10% (was up 8% Jan-May) and pretax £0.24m. "Increase in sales offset the continuation in the trend regarding gross margin and higher overhead costs." Outlook guarded - "Group continues to experience cost inflation across most areas of its business (goods, freight and overheads) and there is a risk that the UK economy will enter recession in H2 2022". Mobile Streams (MOS) guides FY(June) rev up 180%. Pendragon (PDG) bidder withdrwas 29p rec offer because PDG "was unable to engage with one of its major shareholders" causing uncertainty. Unable to engage? Didn't they pick up the phone? [SP=21.5 Cap=300m]
DeepVerge (DVRG) guides FY(Dec) rev £18m+, below mkt exp "leading to a smaller projected EBITDA figure, a modest reduction in gross margins and a slight increase in overheads". Why does lower rev hike overheads? Says "uncertainty as to whether the conversion rate, over the next few months, of prospects into orders for delivery this calendar year will meet previously expected levels". H1 rev up 95%. [SP=15.25 Cap=34m]

TheWorks (WRKS) guides FY-July U/L EBITDA c.£16.5m, £1.5m more than guided. Recent Q1 LFL down 2.5%. FY23 expectations materially lower due to "uncertainty whether the level of growth will be in line with original expectations and that which is required to offset cost headwinds such as historically high freight costs, which are showing little sign of abating in the short term," [SP=46 Cap=29m]
ECO Animal Health (EAH) guides FY-Mar rev £82m and EBITDA c. £6.5m, which includes an exchange rate gain of £1m and £1m provision: "Certain aspects of a sales tax related to imported products in a foreign jurisdiction where we operate through a subsidiary company, might have been applicable." £2.5m provision. Morses Club (MCL) pauses the processing of all new redress claims to let co to further develop the detail regarding a potential Scheme of Arrangement (compensation pot). [SP=5.08 Cap=7m]
Marks Electrical (MRK) AGM stmt - 'Continued strong trading momentum despite challenging market back-drop'. In line? [SP=68 Cap=71m]
Jaywing (JWNG) guides FY-Mar rev up 16% and adj EBITDA broadly in line with market expectations. In talks to buy Midisi, a marketing software development business which owns the intellectual property rights for the "Decision" software which Jaywing currently sells under a licence. [SP=10.03 Cap=9m]
