ScS (SCS) AGM stmt. 2 yr LFL order growth falls to 0.9% and 11% down YoY. Checkit (CKT) £21m placing at 46p, a 4% discount, to accelerate its go-to-market strategy and strengthen its product offering. [SP=47 Cap=29m]

Kitwave (KITW) guides FY(Oct) pretax significantly ahead of expectations (whose?). Co "has seen first signs of inflation in its cost base...but does not expect profitability to be adversely affected". What, at all? [SP=142 Cap=99m]
Science (SAG) trading in line or slightly ahead of October's upgraded guidance. Buys Magic Systech for $4m or $2.1m net. [SP=414.5 Cap=189m]
EQTEC (EQT) Collaboration agreement with Wood, a leading consulting and engineering company across energy and the built environment, to "pursue market opportunities for collaborative development and deployment of clean, waste-to-synthetic natural gas and waste-to-hydrogen solutions and delivery of related projects." [SP=1.33 Cap=113m]
Notes SP & cap are 20m delayed
