Bioventix
Does anyone hold, or have thoughts on, Bioventix?
The stats look good: 63.6% ROCE; 52.9% CROCI; and a 75% EBIT margin (2019). And a three percent free cash flow yield on 2021 estimates.
Best wishes
Mark.

Yes, held since late 2017, early 2018. Its not just the high ROCE but the predictable nature of the cashflows that are attractive. Management, at least to date, have if anything been cautious in their commentary about the future. As a result they are under-promising and over-delivering which is a nice combination.

I will add my vote. Have held it for a few years now and it is up four-fold. Along with Avingtrans and Fevertree, it has been my most successful AIM holding.
To be honest with you I hold these for their favourable IHT treatment and do not follow them a lot. But given that one has gone to zero and another three have de-listed, this one is my friend.
Re: Bioventix
I hold BVXP too. In addition to a regular growing dividend, they often pay out a Special Dividend with the final results. They have done this for the last three years anyway.
Unusual company in that they only have about 12 full-time employees.

Unusual company in that their annual reports are b & w sheets of A4 stapled together.
Got to love that attention to thrift.
I do wonder what the ultimate outcome will be, it's such a small staff with possible single person risk. What's the succession or will it be taken over?

Enron's were lovely - well illustrated, fancy presentation with nice charts and plenty of length.

Re: Bioventix
I hold them, bought once in 2018, and twice in 2019. May top up in next dip.
A very good bunch I think. Main risk being that they only have 1 factory/office.
They recently acquired a "proper" CFO too think. They used to outsource most of this function to private accountant Trina Turner, IIRC. Others here may be to confirm or deny.

Re: Bioventix
If you check there chart they dropped significantly after the first lock down so if that were to happen again then a chance to get in at a very favourable SP, with the intention of coming out with a rather nice profit if a gradual rise back were to be repeated.

Re: Bioventix
Invested. Will not add more. Interesting company but invested enough for such a small company.
There is a presentation by the CEO on Youtube that is worth watching.
