In one of the papers ( This is Money) it points out that the market cap of Just Eat is now greater than the combined value of International Airlines Gp , Rolls-Royce, and M&S. The finger of blame is (partly) pointed at Covid-19.
But what a parlous state when a company that delivers food on the backs of scooters is worth more than these 3 companies.
"Investors are now navigating a world in which one of our biggest defence contractors, Rolls Royce, is worth barely more than a firm making tiny toy warriors (Games Workshop)......... and a company owning three European airlines, including our flag-carrier BA, is ranked lower in the pecking order than a fast food delivery business."

Is the thinking in the article that JE is over valued (opportunity to short)? Or is it that the others are oversold (buying opportunity)?

I'm not even sure it does that. It's just a software platform isn't it? The deliveries are all done by the restaurants and JE takes a slice.
