LiDCO (LID) rec offer of 12p, a 78% premium. [SP=6.6 Cap=16m]
Horizon Discovery (HZD) rec offer of 185p, a 108% premium. [SP=88.8 Cap=140m]
Kromek (KMK) development agreement, worth up to $660k, with a US-based, sector-leading industrial OEM. Majority delivered in this FY and expected to transition to a multi-year supply contract. [SP=11.79 Cap=41m]
Creo Medical (CREO) FDA clearance for MicroBlate™ Fine device. "With regulatory clearance in the UK and Europe and US clearances coming through, we are gearing up for first clinical use of these product." [SP=148 Cap=233m]
