There's another peer reviewed paper that has been published recently.

Parsortix able to isolate CTCs in 80% of patients providing access to tumour material for gene expression analysis when tissue biopsy not feasible

Longitudinal patient monitoring using Parsortix showed reduction in CTCs with patient drug response providing further evidence to support the use of Parsortix in pharma services business

Novel CTC biomarkers found to predict progression free survival and treatment response for longitudinal patient monitoring in ovarian cancer

This is my largest holding now, I started buying at a touch over 40p and have bought more all the way up to around 134p. If this works out I hope it will be worth a few billion in 5 years time and if it doesn't I won't lose my shirt.

FDA approval for Metastitic Breast Cancer may come fairly shortly and if it does I expect a step change in valuation as Parsotix finally gains commercial traction.

It's risky but the rewards could be worth it.

There's another peer reviewed paper out this morning.

Immediate Sample Fixation Increases Circulating Tumour Cell (CTC) Capture and Preserves Phenotype in Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma: Towards a Standardised Approach to Microfluidic CTC Biomarker Discovery

hTTps://www.mdpi.com/2072-6694/13/21/5519/pdf

5. Conclusions
We present primary evidence highlighting the benefit of using the fixation Transfix BCT when processing samples 24–72 h after collection using Parsortix enrichment; allowing ease of collection, storage and transport, particularly useful in multi-site clinical trials. Microfluidic enrichment of un-fixed cells induces a cell stress response related to oxidative stress, with downregulation of certain cytokeratin genes and the ribosomal protein S6 gene. We strongly argue that the next stage in validating CTC research-moving towards large cohort clinical trials, particularly in HNSCC-requires the development of a standardised protocol for CTC detection, enumeration and/or downstream multi-omic characterisation. Our findings serve as a foundation to use Transfix BCTs with the Parsortix platform to achieve this goal and identify potential prognostic and/or predictive biomarkers for
clinical translation.

These are all lifted from ADVFN so thanks to the OP's.

If you have an interest in this stock I recommend following the thread on ADVFN, it's pretty good and not ruined by some of the idiots that you get over there. This is my largest holding and I have high hopes for it. There is a growing body of evidence that Parsotix has utility in the treatment of cancer and similar companies in the states (liquid biopsy) are selling for billions.

Someone doesn't share a love for Angle.
Down from 129p on 19th Jan to 100p now.
Just feels like something is leaking out.
? Bad news re FDA - can't see why there would be
? Placing - Don't seem to be short of cash at the moment.

Anyone tell me something good other than of course it's product is great and will make us rich eventually regardless of FDA approval.

I don't think it's anything AGL specific, a lot of the more speculative shares have fallen a long way recently.

I'm holding mine at least until we get news on the FDA approval and will decide what to do once an announcement is made on that one way or the other.

Cancer study using Angle's Parasortix secures funding

Angle PLC - Surrey, England-based medical diagnostics company - Says Prostate Cancer UK has given a GBP750,000 grant for a clinical study at Barts Cancer Institute, Queen Mary University of London. The trial will follow 200 men with localised prostate cancer over five years, assessed using Angle's Parsortix system, in bid to see whether the cancer will eventually spread.

Prostate cancer is the leading cause of cancer in men, with 1 in 8 men diagnosed in their lifetime.

"We are pleased that Barts Cancer Institute is progressing investigation of clinical application of the Parsortix system in prostate cancer and, independent from the company, has secured substantial funding," says Founder & Chief Executive Andrew Newland.

"Our aim is that the Parsortix system will be widely adopted by third parties seeking from their own initiative and funding to develop many and varied uses of the Parsortix system to support cancer patients."

A bit more on this.

https://www.investegate.co.uk/angle-plc ... 00081779M/

Yong-Jie Lu, lead researcher of the study and Professor of Molecular Oncology at Barts Cancer Institute, Queen Mary University of London, commented:

"If our hypothesis is correct, we hope that this blood test will become the future standard of care for these patients. Patients with localised prostate cancer will be treated more efficiently and in a more personalised way, rather than surgically removing the prostate and just waiting to see what happens. Doctors will have more information about whether the cancer has really spread or not, based on this test meaning patients won't be over or under-treated."

Although this is some years away that quote by the lead researcher seems really significant to me.

Congratulations to Noslien, who started this topic. FDA approval is fantastic news for the company, its investors but more importantly for those poor souls, who get breast cancer. Identifying secondary breast cancer early can be the difference between life and death.

Botton line: Angle's Parsortix product will save lives.

This is fabulous news and it's worth reading the RNS in full. Personally i'm going to hold for the long term unless the price gets completely ahead of itself. Large scale commercialisation is still some years away but I don't think it's outrageous to suggest these could be 10 times today's price in five years time.
