"Strong sales pipeline continues to deliver material revenue to the Company, following from the record quarter on quarter sales achieved in the 3 months ended March 2021, and record monthly sales achieved in March." Live Company Group (LVCG) £1.5m placing at 5p, a 14% discount, tfor working cap and to buy stake in Start Art Global, an online art and digital art sales and news platform. Start Art is owned by the Chmn. [SP=5.18 Cap=6m]
Tekmar (TGP) re failure of co's legacy cable protection systems at customer Ørsted. "We are in discussions with Ørsted relating to the protection of their installed array cables on one offshore wind farm project, namely Race Bank in the UK, and are supporting them to identify the root cause and remedial actions through standard operational engagement." Zoetic (ZOE) £6m placing (with 120p warrants) at 60p, a 6% discount, to replace the LDA Capitral ('death spiral') agreement and for working cap, A note at the ed says CFO scarpers. He is not thanked. Funny that 'directorate change' not in RNS title! [SP=64 Cap=129m]

Gulf Marine Services (GMS) wins 9 month contract. No value gives. "Secured utilisation for the current year stands at 80%." [SP=7.4 Cap=26m]
Fusion Antibodies (FAB) guides FY(Mar) rev up 7%, marginally ahead of market expectations. [SP=174.85 Cap=45m]
Supreme (SUP) guides FY(Mar) rev up 30%, in line with mgmt expectations and adj EBITDA at least £19m, slightly ahead of expectations. [SP=192.61 Cap=NA]
GRC (GRC) Q4 billings (why not rev?) up 20%. In line? Net cash £0.2m, ahead of expectations. [SP=32.8 Cap=31m]
