Confused by mention of THRL in connection with CREI possible offer for DRIP. Can't see why THRL is linked to this story. Anyone able to explain?

LoopUp (LOOP) awarded 'Calling for Microsoft Teams Advanced Specialization'. Great but show me the money. [SP=37.88 Cap=21m]
Angling Direct (ANG) guides H1(July) rev up 20% and up 45% on 2 years ago. Expects FY EBITDA at least £4m (pre-IFRS 16) and £5.7m (post-IFRS 16), "The Company's strong balance sheet means it is well positioned to further invest in its strategy to become Europe's first choice omni-channel fishing tackle destination." Quantum Blockchain Technologies (QBT) rampy update on its cryptocurrency mining efficiency project which uses Quantum Computing, Machine Learning and other cutting-edge bandwagon leveraging techniques. The team of 13 sector experts, which is now fully operational! They have to be fair made GPU mining 10% faster "invaluable quantitative feedback on the optimisation techniques discovered by the in-house expert." [SP=1.24 Cap=12m]
Novacyt (NCYT) guides H1(June) rev up 50% though £41m is in dispute with Gov't. Nevertheless it wins contract for PROmate COVID-19 tests to the NHS for near patient PCR instrument platforms. Worth up to £4.7m. Also contract from WHO. Reiterates FY revenue guidance of £100m, excluding DHSC revenues. H1 was £54m. [SP=302 Cap=249m]

Castings (CGS) worsening supply chain issues have forced the OEMs to reduce truck build rates, hitting sales in the last two weeks of June and has continued to do so into Q2. "Raw material prices have continued to rise into the current financial year which, with the time-lag in the associated sales price increase, is still negatively impacting margins." [SP=384 Cap=168m]
Sareum (SAR) moving the Phase 1 trial after completion of in-vivo studies of covid treatment SDC-1801. [SP=8.22 Cap=276m]

SkinBioTherapeutics (SBTX) as made significant progress with its plans to launch AxisBiotix-Ps in Q4 2021 and scale-up SkinBiotix to commercial volumes. McBride (MCB) HGV guides FY adj pretax 55% - 65% lower than current market consensus of £19.7m. Driver shortage adds salt to wound of supply price increases and availability. Robinson (RBN) H1(June) rev up 19%, pretax -£0.6m (+£1.1m). Guides FY op profit before amortisation of intangible assets c.£2.0m (£2.7m). "Resin prices have now stabilised and shown the first signs of a reduction in July, however, we are not expecting a significant reduction before the end of the year. We are also experiencing price inflation in other areas including secondary packaging and transport which will continue to impact on the second half of the year. Across our markets we are seeing a lower-than-normal level of demand in the third quarter due to the ongoing uncertainty across FMCG supply networks and a varying pace of recovery following the pandemic."
