Who frightenened BBOX?
Or is there a whiff of a cash call coming
Or do they have assetts at risk in the conflict in Ukraine

Segro is down even more, over 9%. In the absence of anything else, it may just be sentiment. There was an item in the weekend papers or maybe the IC which was saying that 'big box/logistics' companies were getting into bubble territory.

Article in FT. concerning slowdown with Amazon.
source (paywalled - provided to comply with requirements to quote source)
https://www.ft.com/content/bb3e1b85-6a2 ... 4e6b7c60b4
"Fears that the Amazon-propelled boom in ecommerce is running out of steam have wiped billions off the value of the world’s biggest warehouse owners in recent days, reversing some of the huge gains made by the sector during the pandemic."
"Mike Prew, an analyst at Jefferies, said in a note that Amazon’s caution about online sales growth was tempering warehouse developers’ optimism about the profits they could make from developing new space."
A comment was made about long term demand still remaining high as companies were cautious of supply chain issues (Covid & Ukraine) especially for just in time deliveries. Another comment, there are other users of Warehousing other than just Amazon.

Or do they have assetts at risk in the conflict in Ukraine.
It's the Amazon coverage.
Totally overdone.
