Smallcap Sweep. 01-Aug-22
Beakfast babbling
Symphony Environmental Technologies (SYM) guides H1(June) rev down. Blames "short term logistics and resource issues, which have since resolved, and timing on the delivery of key contracts, temporary destocking issues and a change to our glove strategy". Nevertheless guides FY in line due to recent contract and order wins, and improving legislative environment. [SP=18.3 Cap=34m]
Deepverge (DVRG) subs Modern Water gets £2.1m orders for chemical wastewater and water desalination. [SP=15.25 Cap=34m]
Galliford Try (GFRD) wns £56m of contracts. [SP=170.2 Cap=189m]
e-therapeutics (ETX) files eight further US patent applications to protect innovation arising from e-therapeutics' proprietary GalNAc-siRNA technology. [SP=21.25 Cap=109m]
Seraphine (BUMP) FY(Apr) in line but adj EBITDA (pre IFRS 16) only £2.6m down 59% (vs £3m+ guided) due to "final audit adjustments". Ad pretax down 65%. Outlook: "0-15% product revenue growth, expect to remain profitable with margin improving throughout the range" and "significant inflation in marketing costs - having to spend 33% more to maintain prior year product revenue levels". Has enough cash or the year. [SP=26 Cap=14m]
Dialight (DIA) H1(June) rev up 34%. "Our full year expectations for delivery of meaningful progress in our turnaround remain unchanged." Well that covers a lot of outcomes. [SP=274.32 Cap=90m]
SDI (SDI) £4.2m acquisition, expected to be enhancing in the current year. [SP=166.5 Cap=170m]
In line: NAH, FLO, JNEO, ING, EKF, BLV, NWOR
Notes SP & cap are 20m delayed
DYOR, E&OE etc etc. I may have a position in any or all of the shares covered.
