Real Good Food (RGD) another choker from this teetering tinpot. £550,000 short-term loan from shareholders at 12% and 35% redemption premium. Q4 rev below exp. Significant price resets and cost savings having been achieved. Guides FY24 EBITDA £2-4m, and cashflow generative. [SP=1.1 Cap=1m]
Gear4music (G4M) warns FY-Mar rev £152m and EBITDA £7.3-7.7m cf f/c £155.1m and £8.9m. Blames economy. If only there had been some signs. "We are confident, however, of profitability recovering in FY24." [SP=86.2 Cap=18m]
