"The continued macro headwinds have resulted in a reduction in demand in kettle controls in the key export regulated markets of UK and Germany during H1 and a slower than anticipated recovery." Velosys (VLS) H1-June. "Results for the full year are expected to trend in line with results reported for HY1 with an increase in revenue expected to be seen in 2024 following completion of the project funding and as the pipeline crystallises." Supreme (SUP) guides FY-Mar24 rev £195-205m (significantly ahead of market expectations) and adj EBITDA c.£28-30m, £3.5m above mkt exp. Vape sales strong. Co "acknowledges the wider concerns of youth vaping and remains fully supportive of any proactive measures or changes in legislation that potentially restricts specific products, packaging, flavours or point of sale in the UK". eEnergy (EAAS) wins £3m contract to provide onsite solar energy generation to an existing customer. Worth £1.9m to eEnergy, recognised across FY23 and FY24. [SP=5.29 Cap=19m]
Esken (ESKN) Carlyle Global Infrastructure Fund claims Southend Airport has breached term of a convertible loan. Esken will support LSA in defending the action vigorously. Still trying to sell the airport. [SP=3.07 Cap=31m]
ASOS (ASC) guides Q4-Sept rev down 12% or 15% at const FX. H2 cashflow improved by c.£140m. Adj gross margin up c.150bps in H2 cf 200bps guided. Can't see if it's in line overall. [SP=379.29 Cap=452m]
Driver (DRV) guides FY-Sep rev slightly down. U/L pretax also slightly below prev guidance of £0.7m (-£1m). Significant commissions secured in Q4 which will benefit FY24. [SP=27 Cap=15m]
EQTEC (EQT) completes technical and commercial feasibility work toward deployment of EQTEC solutions at the site of the former Gardanne power station in France. Redde Northgate (REDD) AGM stmt - current trading momentum remains strong. Rental demand in UK&I outstrips supply. [SP=334 Cap=762m]

Kromek (KMK) completes refinancing of its borrowing facility with the signing of a new £5.5m convertible loan (looks like a death spiral). [SP=3.81 Cap=23m]
FRP Advisory (FRP) AGM stmt- will at least deliver the current full year market expectations of rev £111.8m and adj EBITDA £28.7m. [SP=116 Cap=291m]
Team (TEAM) issues £4.25m loan notes at 12%, for additional working capital. [SP=39.4 Cap=8m]
