There appears to be some activity in the form of a rights issue. I tried to read it but doesn't help me - however many times I read the words.
The price has collapsed from £5+ to less than 50p and SYNT now seem to want some financial assistance by way of consolidation of 1 for 20 and rights of 6 for 1 at £1.97.
Yet I don't seem to have had notification from ii where I hold the shares. Is that because it has not passed some procedural hurdle?
I believe some here have held these and may have some interest.( I have held since Reabrook Holdings )
Opinions and reaction to the proposals would be welcome if anyone could comment.
