Very interesting, thanks for posting.
The last time we were down in London, I saw this window in Shepherdess Walk. I thought, this is social history and should be preserved, otherwise it'll just disappear.
Looks like the building is called "Plumage House".

Thank you. I've checked on Graces Guide but it's not listed so I've contacted the editor and suggested, along with what I've found:
105 Shepherdess Walk, Hackney, London. (formerly a pub: The Standard)
Company incorporated 20/04/1960 CRN: 00656842 and dissolved on 3 Sep 1992. Two directors: Hannah Rose Lipson and Harry Lipson.
