Somebody pointed out under a match report that Liverpool could win 3 cup finals this season without scoring a goal in any of them!

I love the FA cup, it is a fabulous competition. I really enjoy the early stages which include the lower league clubs and that's from a Scotsman. I often feel like I should be having a pie and cup of Bovril on the sofa when watching these early winter matches. The crowd reaction to goal kicks is brilliant.
I must say though that my favourite match this year, so far, has been in the Champions League. The Man City V Real Madrid semi final epic was astonishing.
